your safety

At TNT Inflatables, our customers safety is our top priority. We have a quality control system for our inflatables which allows us to inspect every unit before, during, and after use at your event. All of our inflatables are inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before and after every rental at our warehouse by qualified operators to ensure they comply with inflatable safety standards.

Please refer to the terms of use in your contract for a complete list. It is important that all users follow the guidelines listed on the agreement. In addition our staff will go over a safety checklist at the time of rental and customer will be required to sign and demonstrate they understand the safety procedures before the rental will be turned over for the event.

Only authorized personnel of TNT Inflatables will be allowed to set up and take down the equipment. Customers are not allowed to alter, set up or take down equipment. If in the event equipment becomes damaged during use please have all persons exit the equipment and call the emergency number on the contract.

Damage and Incidentals

If your rental becomes damaged while operating, please have all users get off the ride and deflate immediately. Please do not attempt to use the inflatable of any damage occurs. If the inflatable is damaged in any way due to user neglect or not following proper safety guidelines. the customer may be subject to repair and clean up fees.
